With experience as both a record label manager and a DIY artist, she truly understands the industry’s ups and downs. Andrea has worn just about every hat in the music business, from being a publicity and booking coordinator for live music events to writing press pieces for local newspapers, all the way to running Rising Artists Agency – and she’s here to guide you every step of the way.

Mixing / Mastering, Studio Time, Production, Photography, + Music Video Direction
We offer professional audio and visual production handled from start to finish! Mixing and mastering are done by our talented in-house engineers and producers based in Los Angeles, Nashville, London, and beyond. If you need local recording engineers, we’ll source and coordinate them in your area.
Plus, we’ll find and secure photography and music video talent locally to capture your vision. All visual production is guided by branding-specialist consultations, including mood boards, visual direction, and creative notes, ensuring that your release-ready assets are cohesive and perfectly aligned with your artist brand!
Strategic Music Growth Services
Music growth services are powered by your monthly fee and expertly managed by Andrea, with funds allocated for real action through our talented in-house team and trusted partner network across every growth area. Each service is scheduled with clear timing and rotated month by month, perfectly aligned with your current artist roadmap phase, so the right elements can work behind the scenes when they need to.
This strategic approach guarantees focused, expert-driven growth aimed at hitting industry-standard metrics that larger agencies and higher-level opportunities look for.
These may include Spotify influencer playlisting, distribution fees for releases, indie and major press + media placements, YouTube Advertising, iTunes + Amazon charting, targeted email list–building advertising, designed promo videos for releases, merch design / shop setup, and other services customized to where the artist needs the most support each month.

Design and build of a professional artist website and EPK to support press outreach, label conversations, booking opportunities, and fan discovery. -
Local Recording Studio Time (if needed), Mixing & Mastering, Photography & Music Video Production
End-to-end audio and visual production, including local recording studio time (if needed) and mixing and mastering by our in-house engineers and producers across major music hubs such as Los Angeles, Nashville and London. Local recording studios are utilized when a student or alumni does not have access to a professional home studio setup, or as part of a hybrid workflow (for example, recording vocals in-studio while completing instrumental tracks at home). Photography and music video talent are sourced locally. All visual production is guided by branding-specialist consultations, including visual direction and creative notes, to support polished, release-ready assets. -
Spotify Influencer Playlisting & Platform Growth
Ongoing Spotify influencer playlist pitching to our organic influencer playlist network, with one primary track prioritized per month to strategically allocate budget and effort toward reaching 10,000+ streams for that track (often more). Focus and pacing may vary depending on the artist’s existing catalog, release schedule, and current traction, making sure resources are used strategically instead of trying to do everything at once. -

Monthly growth strategies budgeted and overseen by Andrea and executed through our in-house team and trusted partner network. Services rotate based on your current artist roadmap phase to deliver focused, expert-led growth designed to reach industry-standard metrics that larger agencies and higher-level opportunities look for.

Timing & Allocation for Outgoing Expenses to Service Experts + Partners
The monthly program fee is used as working capital to fund real execution across our in-house team and trusted partners. Services are strategically timed, rotated, and coordinated month to month based on where the artist is in their roadmap. In some cases, budget may be intentionally paced or rolled over to support larger outgoing expenses - such as higher-level PR or media opportunities - by doing less in one area during a given month in order to do more in another. This structured approach allows resources to be used intentionally, aligned with growth priorities, and deployed at the right time for maximum impact
