At the forefront of this journey is Andrea Smith, certified coach and founder of Rising Artists. With experience as both a record label manager and a DIY artist, Andrea truly understands the industry’s ups and downs. She has worn nearly every hat in the music business – from publicity and booking coordination for live music events, to writing press pieces for local newspapers, and ultimately becoming the founder of multiple music blogs and CEO of her own music company – and she’s dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.
As a former School of Rock Show Director and Senior Instructor, as well as a songwriting coach and band leader at Collective Sound Music Academy, and the owner of her own music coaching practice for over a decade, she brings a strong background in mentoring and guiding music artists.
